It is designed for clients who specifically want us to attend their land or existing property to review the site and discuss ideas in person.
We can walk through the site with you, discuss opportunities, visible constraints and provide general guidance on how your ideas may align with the land.
This service may suit you if you:
- Already own land
- Are considering purchasing a block
- Want to build on an existing property
- Are planning a knockdown rebuild
- Prefer an in-person site discussion
The consultation fee and any applicable travel cost will be confirmed before booking.
